The house is large and corresponds to the description. The location is great, about a 7/8 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from local shops and restaurants. Barcelona Train Station is 15 minutes' walk away. The pool is small but sufficient for children and adults. Good quality bedding and room equipment. The kitchen is well equipped. Our host arrived promptly to fix a problem with the Nespresso machine.
Constructive criticism For the rent, we would appreciate that the exterior and garden were in the best condition (mowing the grass and weeds on the paths) The quality of the tables, outdoor chairs and sun loungers really needs to be reviewed. We had to repair the table which was broken and the sun loungers were in a deplorable state. As for the pool, we were experienced tenants because we have pools at home. I think the guide would be a plus for people who are not used to it. Finally, the barbecue seems to be coming to an end... isn't it worth waiting for a replacement?!
