Nice apartment with large terrace in Nueva Andalucia
We took an apartment for 2 couples. It was very good, we liked the location and its large terrace. The beds were comfortable. Polite water. We couldn't enjoy it because it was for 1 night.
What we least liked was that since the rental was through an intermediary agency and not through an individual, the procedures were very cumbersome. Pre-checkin took a lot of time and was not intuitive. In addition, the staff was not that very available for questions, the check-in hours were incompatible with the office, as a result, we took the keys in the mailbox. I talked to three different people and, frankly, I saw unprofessionalism in some of them. Until 15:00 we could not enter, and the keys had to be left at 23:00, not even 24 hours. Although cleaning is included in the price, it cost almost 150€ per rental when broken down.

Housing quality. But above all the quality and professionalism of Jessica. Super dynamic. She managed to come and give us the keys to the apartment after 00:30 on Saturday evening. Joy. Respect for Jessica
