Good location but expensive for how small it is

I got hit in my car in the parking lot of the apartment and neither the owner nor the person who gave me the keys did the least bit to worry about my situation. There was a camera right on my car. The apartment is small and the price does not correspond to the amenities. You are paying more for the location

Beautiful apartment very well located in the center.
The location near the beach, the old town and restaurants. Maria's welcome. The cleanliness of the accommodation.

Due to the way of construction, the apartment absorbs a lot of noise from the street, so it can be very noisy at night.

Great accommodation for a short stay in the middle of the center and the beach
Great support from host Maria on arrival / parking instructions. The check out was also extremely uncomplicated and accommodating, everything was great!
