Cocoon of sweets
The house was really perfect and the finishes neat. The weather was deplorable (sandstorm and rain), we really appreciated this little cocoon of wellness.
Communication was difficult to return the keys to the rental agency in the city. To return them, they had to be re-posted to the mailbox of the same agency. We didn't have a contact person. It was stated that the deposit must be in cash. They eventually charged my credit card. We left a spotless house, but the deposit was never returned to me, and I could not contact anyone for 2 months ... I delayed answering this certificate because I was waiting for a solution to this problem! What is wrong... Everything was perfect for this stay, but I would appreciate it if the deposit issue was resolved!!!

Well priced, nice house, room for some improvements in communications
The house is basically as in the photo. In November, there was not too much sun in the garden. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. PP on the street, it was also possible to call in the entrance of the house, you need to open the gate completely. The place was quiet - there were almost no people, as it was not the season. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, to Spara in about 10 minutes and to restaurants in 10 minutes.
landlord communication. No replies to messages on Booking.com 3 days before arrival. I had to call. The key was handed over to the tennis club, we were told that the arrival time was around 17:00. But they were already closed at 16:00, which, surprisingly, the hostess did not know about. She was tel. also not available. We had to sleep elsewhere and were able to reach them the next day during business hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. No Nespresso coffee machine, only filter coffee machine. There are no suitable drying towels, dishwashing sponges or cloths to wipe the table. In my opinion, this is part of the basic configuration. All in all, some kitchen utensils need to be updated. No Smart TV, only Spanish channels.
