The location is ideal for exploring the city centre. The rooms are modern and clean. At the reception we are invited to have a drink at the hotel bar on the 7th floor.
The price of the service is not very good. We received a card giving 15% off cocktails at the rooftop bar. Too bad we went there the day before…why not give it directly to reception? We were denied lunch at the hotel restaurant under the pretense that the kitchens closed after 10 minutes when 4 people came and sat down…
Everything was great with this property. I would definitely stay here again.
The location was excellent, walking distance to many places. The breakfast was really great (except for the fact that the orange juice ran out and they said there was no more..) Clean rooms, there is a roof very worthy of a hotel 👌🏻
The reception staff is nice and nothing more - not super kind
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Madrid, everything is within walking distance. The staff is very caring (they offer a welcome drink), the room is very spacious. A little more for the many terraces and the roof!
In the evening you can hear a little music from the roof.
