The cleanliness and kindness of the older lady who runs the restaurant

An inattentive waitress in the restaurant, the issue of poorly organized dinners, they did not have what she put on the menu and the portion we ordered or the salad was not very splendid. The breakfast did not vary much, although the older lady was very kind when my husband asked for an omelette and put it on him even though she was not in what was for breakfast
