Comfortable apartment with a very good location.
The location of the accommodation is exceptional for sightseeing in the interior of Cantabria. The quiet town with all the necessary services. Floor with individual heating. Ample garage space. Comfortable beds and armchairs. With bed linen and towels for all guests.
We liked everything. In fact we would repeat again.

It is not as good as it appears in the photos
It's not far from the center.
The apartment is quite dilapidated, with peeling walls, a bathroom door that does not close, etc. We had to make our beds. There was only one and a half rolls of toilet paper. No dishwasher, no kitchen paper or cloths... scarce cutlery. The very poor cleaning, both in the cutlery and the kitchen, with oil stains on the kitchen front from not having cleaned them from the previous guests... Quality-price is not good

More than correct, although at first the area seemed a little unsafe, but there is nothing to argue.
The apartment is big enough for 4 people
The location is the only thing but we were just passing by so you can't ask for more. Everything else is more than correct, there is an underground parking space in the same building, which is welcome as then you have access to the apartment from the inside. Nearby we had the necessary shops and services to buy what we needed.

Apartment in a good location and good value for money
Nice place to tour the area later, it's in the middle of everything. Very large garage
The sofa is a little uncomfortable and there was some dust because I have allergies. Otherwise good, the owner is very nice and the apartment is correct. The entrances to the garage are a bit narrow.

Family holiday
The house was quite large and was very comfortable for 6 adults. It was very well located in relation to the city, there were supermarkets and bars nearby.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows terrible.
