The balcony was full of trash (on one side) and we couldn't use that part. Bathroom cleaning was sloppy. The toaster was missing.

Comfortable, but lacks a minimum of things in the apartment.
The apartment itself is very big, the beds are very comfortable, the pool is also very nice, as is the garage.
In the kitchen, they don’t leave basic things like butter, sugar, salt or rags, but just a garbage bag. The sheets when we arrived we had to make them ourselves because they weren't on the bed. We were only left a roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days so we had to buy it and use it for the kitchen. You also have to take a shower towel because you are not given one either. And they charge you 30 euros if you go after hours to pick up the keys when you pick them up from the safe in the agency itself which seems like an excessive expense to me.
