The gate stopped working during the stay, the agency's response: "Go buy batteries, we'll refund you", they don't want to move, so we had to open and close it manually. One of the sofas is completely rotten and crumbles. The dishwasher hardly worked, so we didn't use it and at the end of the stay the agency told us that we were responsible because we would have used an incompatible product, according to a technician they had sent. As a result, they don't want to give us back the deposit to pay for the technician's visit. Strangely they were unable to provide us with an invoice for his passage and therefore understood that they had nothing to do with people who were going to let themselves be ripped off! They are ready to do anything to raise the bill and that on the backs of the owners. In their place I would change agency because they do not value their beautiful house.
