Dishonesty. Misleading advertising. The pool is not heated / not operational (contrary to the ad / its description / its house rules) and is aware of the situation even before we arrive. The problem is not resolved during our discussions before departure. Ignoring our personal situation. Time dedicated to a problem that was not ours. Inappropriate commercial blackmail Explaining the situation (January 2022) As long as we say nice things to him like "thank you for the food in the fridge + wine when we arrive", everything is fine, he is even "happy to hear it". The story really thickens when a rental with an "outdoor"/"heated" pool (as advertised on Booking) is not (rental from 22-29/01/22). Arrival cold pool, very cold: owner's response after reporting the day of our arrival: "You're right! in Jan Feb it doesn't heat up because of the temperature" (HA?!!?🤯🤯🤯) > 1st point: abnormal, see booking ad: heated pool...last one replies me: "uh, difficult with booking to communicate changes throughout the year, other websites have no problem to say heated/unheated, but booking is difficult”….....but SO DID YOU KNOW?! > Then: when booking from France, I mentioned to you the need for sunbathing, a beautiful view, a pool and asked you questions about the safety of the pool for children in particular.. the answer is: "there are mattresses and buoy", but NO information that the pool didn't work....?!!!.... (is this another annoying omission???
