Very fixable
friendliness of staff
the beds without changing the sheets, with hair from other clients, the room full of cobwebs, the check-in time was not ready despite arriving a few hours after the time I had set

correct in a matter of sleeping, I did not try the restaurant
location and large room, friendliness of the staff… Due to lack of time we did not try the restaurant but it looks cozy 👍
cleaning, I know they forgot to empty the bathroom trash can as well as the toilet paper, also to put a sheet between the coverlet and the bottom sheet... requested the staff solved...

A hostel I wouldn't pay more than 20 euros a night for
It's near Segovia.
We understand that this is a hostel, but the room was very dirty. In the drawers of the nightstands lay uncleaned candy wrappers, the covers were thrown into the closet and had not been wiped or swept for a long time.
