Nice, could be perfect with a few tweaks.
Apartment with spacious living room and kitchen. The location: On the first line of the beach. The terrace with the private pool
Small rooms. Air conditioning needs tuning, especially in the rooms. Terrace and pool very degraded, needs urgent renovation!

Good
The location of the building.
The building gives a sense of abandonment. There are no signs in the parking lot and all but one of the elevators are inoperative.

Have a great rest
First line of the beach, quiet, with nearby recreation areas and supermarkets.
The weather was not very good, but it is not your fault.

Most of all we liked the cleanliness and equipment in the apartment. In addition, the terrace had a good view of the beach.
What we didn't like was that it was difficult for us to find the building and once inside, locate the apartment and parking lots. It took us a long time to get used to it. In fact, we called the office to help us locate the site, and they only confirmed that we are on the correct avenue, but with 200 apartments, we cannot know the whereabouts of everyone.
