we booked 1 week and had to move after 5 days as the hotel was closed which was not communicated at the time of booking or later
Good breakfast
Everything has gotten worse! No drink on arrival, the staff overall were less service oriented. Asked for help to call a taxi when we were going to the airport but it was forgotten. The wooden deck around the pool is completely finished. Have stayed at the hotel many times over the years, the new owners will probably have to pull themselves together. Badly cleaned in stairs and corridors.
We were very well received by the receptionist when we arrived, and received a recommendation for parking our rental car. Also got good tips about a lunch restaurant right by the beach 10 minutes walk from the hotel, a perfect start to our holiday! Well proportioned & good breakfast is served at the hotel. Lovely pool & nice pool service. Bus to Palma right outside the hotel. We would love to come back!

Internet extremely slow! Difficulty parking outside the hotel. Impossible to access the pool at the sister hotel. Too expensive for a hotel without a pool.
