The area surrounding the hotel is not maintained, it is an industrial area but it can be more attractive for people who go to the Hotel Fabrik.

Price incompatible with comfort
Cleaning service, blankets were not changed, garbage was not picked up, towels were not changed, there was no hand soap, the bed is very hard and uncomfortable and creaks just by leaning on it

What about cleaning?
The staff is friendly, the girl at the reception tried diligently to solve our problems, but our problem was cleanliness and the situation was the same in all rooms. The decor of the hotel was very cool and original.
Dirty bedside tables, dirty sheets, dirty towels... This place was not credible to spend the night there.
