with our three children we really enjoyed it and an absolute must to stay in the north of Lanzaro
beautiful location, cottage is well equipped with everything you need
the mixer didn't work the air conditioning could only be used for an extremely short time to heat the house

Worthy
We really liked the architecture of the house and the town itself.
The mattresses are very very hard.

the heating tempo spoiled part of our stays.
very nice house, beautiful surfaces, very good geographical location.
house maintenance: broken sockets, broken bedroom lampshade, bathroom taps with major leaks (large amount of wasted water). following bad weather, house at 15°, heating with tempo (not warned) heating blocked from Monday. 5 days with sweaters, fleeces and socks. meal taken in the kitchen with the 4 hotplates on fully to warm up a little (where is the economy?)

Good house, but with overdue maintenance.
The house itself was good and easily accessible. Great point for walks in the area. E.g. Mirador del Rio.
The quality of the plumbing dated; the cranes wobbled. The lighting was very dim; reading was difficult because of this. Furthermore, there was a leaking water heater! A kettle with rust on the bottom. All in all not good value for money.

A place where you can enjoy the silence and the landscape
Excellent location and very spacious villas with parking next door. Ideal for families and people with mobility problems. Very quiet area to enjoy the silence in Haría, one of the best places in Lanzarote, far from other areas overcrowded by tourism
There is a lack of maintenance in some of the villas, especially in Villa Arrieta. We discussed it, but it was not repaired. Some problem with drains and poor lighting in some rooms.
