The location is excellent for escaping the center of Madrid, which is still 10-15 minutes away. Although there isn't much to visit in Getafe, all the basic amenities (supermarkets, restaurants) serve the hotel zone perfectly.
The difference in price between a covered private car park or an open-air private car park seems unnecessary to me.
Large room. Pretty tight price for a 4 star. comfortable beds. easy to park
Lots of noise. You could hear everything from the room. There was no Wifi on the TV.

Room service said that you could order food from the room but there was only one waiter (super nice by the way) and obviously he couldn't stop attending the restaurant to bring up the food. They should have more staff to be able to provide the service correctly. the rest very well
