Mediocre staff
The accommodation is correct, clean and well decorated.
The reception staff tried to rip us off when accessing our reservation. We asked for a room with a double bed and first we were told that the reservation had been canceled and then that there were only rooms with single beds. After arguing for a while, it turns out that there were double rooms. In addition, the walls of the room are not soundproof and you can hear everything.
