Beautiful house in Gelves with swimming pool as a starting point for visits to Seville

Good location, quiet place
Landscaped garden, about 1 km from the metro station that takes you to the center of Seville and shops, restaurants, shopping center ....
Lack of cleaning and housekeeping. This is not a detached chalet, it is a wing of a large chalet, which at that time was supposed to be luxurious, but today is old and damaged, especially the bathrooms. They made a small kitchen and turned it into a rental house, they live in another part of the house.

disappointing for the price
Peaceful environment, which is what we were looking for. Too bad he wasn't completely independent. 😕 Big house, nice garden.
The ad did not indicate that this was a separate outbuilding from the main house. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the pool is unusable. We slept on a sofa bed, the rooms were very cold. I won't repeat and won't recommend.
