Room Service - We wanted to order a bottle of champagne. They didn't have Champagne - for a 4 Star no go. We wanted an international plug for our computer in reception - they sent me to buy one of the Chinese ones - for 4 Star no go. We wanted to borrow an umbrella at reception - we don't have umbrellas for 4 Star no-go.

Good breakfast, good location on the promenade and close to restaurants and the old town and a long and good promenade along the harbour.
Only missing a gym at the hotel and that the pool could be a little heated.
