More details: no soap holder, no conditioners, bathroom products not replenished, TV instructions in Spanish, trash can not emptied regularly, decent coffee machine only on the third try
1st floor apartment, city/mountain view. A clean and peaceful house & area, from which it is easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Everything in the apartment is intact, clean and functional. Bathtub and washing machine a plus. Wi-Fi ok. Cleaning every 2 days. A parking spot was also found for the car with a little searching (possibility to put it in the garage, 10€/day). Respa very friendly.
We asked for an apartment on the 9th floor and it came true, the view was really nice facing the mountains. The apartment was neat and clean. Respa's service was good when there were a few things that needed to be fixed in the apartment during our vacation. Things were fixed quickly.
I would have expected that there would have been a selection of pillows and a decent blanket on the bed.
Friendly staff (reception/cleaning).
Parking space rental expensive/day, neighbor in the hotel is free. Stuttering internet connection.
