I didn't like the fact that important details were missing that were included in the booking: there is no air conditioning in the basement, the grass was completely dry, and the house and pool were very dirty and the glass partition in the bathtub was broken. ... These are details, for example, the fact that the latches in the bathroom did not work at all (there were 3 families of us), which demonstrate neglect and lack of revision of the house. Wifi does not work in the basement and upstairs. Upon arrival, we see broken floor beacons and a broken toilet door. The basement has a seating area and a 4-bed room, but it smells like mold or plumbing and is unpleasant to be there. And this is not a villa, not at all, this is a semi-detached house with a plot of land and a swimming pool, which makes the price seem expensive to me. I was very disappointed. I spent a lot of time trying to solve these problems and in the end it took them a while to get it done and I was not able to fully enjoy my vacation. I hope that the property and the homeowner will notice everything that happened and offer the comfort and relaxation they are selling, because vacation time is gold for the client. Make sure everything is settled before booking.
