I was talking to a neighbor and he told me that there were people asking about the apartment the day before and that it seemed to him that in the end they left without being able to spend the night there. After multiple phone calls (no answer) and an hour and a half wait, we requested a cancellation and a refund through Booking and we were denied!!!!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied with Booking because she told us that the cancellation and refund is up to her... No gentlemen, I'm not canceling for fun, I want my 89 euros!!!!!! Because this lady left us lying in the street with 3 children 2, 4 and 7 years old and almost 1000 km in the body (we traveled from Germany to Malaga). After a while he texts us and gives us a different address, but tells us that this new house has no sheets and towels, that the bathroom is broken and that it has no kitchen!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!. Since it is almost 11 am and we are tired, we go where he tells us, but when we got there, the surroundings made a very bad impression on us. We had a car loaded, if we leave it on the street, when we get up, we don't even have wheels!!!! And no, that's not what we concluded by paying 89 euros a night and not being able to shower, not being able to have breakfast, not being able to sleep on clean sheets... well, why not. ..it was not what we agreed on... So you feel cheated and don't go to any hotel (there are 5 of us and we need 2 rooms, it was 11 and the peak at night and 1 August in the tourist area... It went over the top for us plus the 89 euros we had already paid and he didn't want to give us back) because we had to continue 500 km and something we were missing. Once we got to our destination, we went to the police and reported it.

I didn't like anything. The hostess is a very bad person. He tried to deceive me. He lied to me. The apartment was in a terrible state, there was beer on the floor ... everything was in disarray. We left and she didn’t want to refund the money, and on top of that, she accused us of messing it up ourselves when she herself admitted that the cleaning lady couldn’t go ... And she demanded 30 euros from the reservation for our disasters. Right ... avoid this floor and this mistress ... the worst.

Dirty apartment, we spent a week at work, and we could not even take a shower, while we were there, it would be possible to carry out a thorough cleaning, the balcony, if you look a little closer, you can fall, since the railing was thrown by dust, in short, a failure week, however, I recommend the landlord to do a thorough cleaning before re-renting, if not, then people will look bad

The floor was really SHAFT. No cleaning. The tables were covered in mud like a party, with highball marks. There is a lot of hair in the bathroom. We couldn't even sit down because it sucks. For 32 euros we didn't expect a new or nice apartment, but it was clean. Moreover, during the time of the coronavirus, there was not even soap or water-alcohol gel. It was disgusting to touch anything. We were going to leave and complain, but we were late and did not dare. Fearing that the sheets would be used, we went to buy them and stayed there only to sleep. Please, that no one else can enter this floor until hygiene measures are taken. We have photos and videos that prove our words.
