When checking out, we did not want to return the deposit, namely, we first, having previously agreed with the owner of the company, arrived at the villa in the evening to return our money, he did not arrive at the appointed time (despite the fact that up to an hour before the appointed time we corresponded and he confirmed our meeting). We waited an hour at the villa of a company representative, but he never showed up, our messages were ignored. It's good that the owners of the villa came and helped, after an hour, finally (after a heap of calls to other people) to get in touch with the owner of the agency. An answer was received from the owner of the agency as follows - today is Sunday, banks do not work and therefore only tomorrow a refund is possible, but in general they can send it to the card, but I need to inform the IBAN and BIC. IBAN is not supported in Russia, there is only SWIFT, which the average person simply does not know, and why, if I gave money in cash ??? After my request to return the deposit in cash, provided that I return to the villa myself tomorrow and pick them up, I received a new argument - the deposit can be returned only after cleaning, which I certainly agreed to. We agreed to meet at 12 at the villa on the trail.
