Nice apartment but needs better maintenance.
The apartment is spacious and so is the terrace. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven. Landlord and cleaning staff were super friendly and tried very hard. The contact was always fast and smooth.
We didn't realize it was on the first floor and always had to carry the stroller up the stairs. Two dogs lived under the apartment that were not on a leash and attacked us with the pram. The sockets were broken and should be repaired, which did not work due to supply shortages. the bedroom sometimes had a bit. noise from the street. the bathroom could use a makeover.

Relax in well-equipped apartments ideal for surfing and cycling
Well equipped apartment in a good area. Ideal for surfers, cyclists and with beautiful swimming beaches within walking distance. The host Manuel is very helpful and gives quick answers to all questions. We would like to return!
Without a car, you are very limited in El Cotillo, and as a surfer, you are limited to only one beach. Buses to other places run every hour, but the road takes a long time and other beaches can only be reached by car or bicycle.
