We had almost no water during our stay. In the end, we were kindly transferred to another resting place.

Very bad experience when we arrived at the apartment we found the room completely filled with dirt and dust, not to mention that the refrigerator (which for hygiene should be one of the cleanest parts of the apartment) was dirty and with food leftovers. When we considered that the situation could not get worse, we realized that there is no WATER in any part of the room, since it was turned off, we contacted the apartment manager, who could not offer us any solution. Not to mention the fact that the neighbor of the residential complex greeted us with shouts and threats to call the police, because, according to him, these apartments could only be rented by 3 people, not 4 (there were 4 of us and we had previously communicated with apartment managers.). Also the TV did not work. We booked two nights, we only stayed for one, and since it was already dark and we could not look for another accommodation, we did not spend 10 hours in this apartment because it was unhealthy. Definitely a disastrous experience, we requested a refund and we hope it will be complete as they try to charge us for a cleaning fee that hasn't been done for a long time in this apartment.
