The cleanliness of the tablecloths in the restaurant sometimes leaves something to be desired. Breakfast buffet sometimes not stocked in time for customers.
Very nice environment and well-kept exteriors, spacious and comfortable room, charming staff.
The pillows are a little hard, and the jacuzzi which stops every 40 seconds is very frustrating.. but the rest is great
The tranquility of the hotel also in the public spaces, all the staff are super attentive. The food is also very good, we are back in Mallorca, we will definitely be back
