Perhaps a bit of a mess with the issue of organizing the collection of the keys, but let's go small.

When we arrived they were not waiting for us, having set the arrival time, we had to wait for them to bring the keys for a long time and they gave them to us without getting out of the car, without showing anything. When entering the room, behind the bathroom door, there were some other people's underpants... the bedding with stains of rust, humidity and blood.

Very noisy both from locals outside until 2am and from other guests (contact noise).

The shower is tiny and only two mini sachets of shower gel per person. It smelt stuffy, like the kitchen and the living-dining room, and did not beckon to stay there. I find it expensive due to the lack of professionalism.
