Very good value for money, very friendly staff.
Installations and a little dated, radiators with rust, terrace door with a broken lock, and it's easy to walk from another room through the terrace into the room, so it's not very safe to leave things knowing that the terrace door can't be a closed terrace.

Heating is good enough but for the price we stayed as a family of 4 with breakfast, excellent

Suitable for sleep only
The breakfast is ok and the value for the area and the dates was not bad.
It is a bit old when we arrived, the room was very cold even though they turned on the heating when we arrived at night. You need a change.

This is what we wanted for a few days
Cozy place, a bit out of the way, but good for a walk. The room was a good size with a terrace. Services were tailored to what we wanted and at low prices. The breakfast buffet may not have much variety, but everything is delicious. Staff 10.
Wi-Fi quality is poor. The parking lot is small if there are many customers.
