We were very disappointed. When booking, we checked three very important criteria for us: pool, washing machine and apartment. This apartment obviously met all three criteria. Finally, when we arrived, we found the pool OUT OF SERVICE for quite some time and, given its condition, not ready for renovation. The announcement of this apartment is actually just a CARPET OF LIES, it promises an ocean view that is not really one, we can barely see the ocean between two roofs or walk through the day and most of the night. AIRCRAFT !!! When I called the hostess to inform her of our dissatisfaction, she replied that in fact she mentioned that there is only a view of the pool. She refused to refund us !!! Your ad madam is COMPLETELY WRONG !!! Moreover, on the day of our arrival and after our call, you fixed it !!! You should not upload photos of the pool, which is only a BIG PIT WITHOUT WATER !!! The pictures of the beautiful landscapes that you are selling are not even taken from your apartment. Where are the shops that should be on the site ??? Parking on the street ??? Elevator ??? For the attention of people with disabilities, this apartment is NOT FOR YOU !!! It is located on a staircase that is not serviced by an elevator !!! Etc !!! We were just insulted !!! Constant barking of dogs !!! Cockroaches in the hallway !!! The ocean is 3.5 km from the apartment, if you want to go there on foot, you have to be very athletic, because the return is only from the shore, strong, because you have to climb the hill !!!
