Good option for short stays
New and simple furniture, except in the kitchen.
The kitchen furniture is older and in worse condition. The kitchenware could be improved.

Avoid at all costs
A true sucker catcher that surpasses anything you can imagine. Charging 110 euros per night for this apartment with chipped ceilings and damp furniture is a joke. I keep photographs that demonstrate what I claim. The most unfortunate thing I've come across in Booking after almost 10 years as a customer and with current Genius level 2. To top it all off, the owner had the audacity to not respond to any previous message 24 hours prior to entry and made us wait for the keys over 30 minutes while he was at the bar right in front of us drinking coffee with other people without even answering our calls.
