VILLA Traviata

Unfortunately, we had to move into this horror house again because we had unfortunately already paid or the landlady was no longer able to cancel and we hoped that "maybe" everything would be better this time. But worse was to come! The cleanliness of the whole house left even more to be desired than on the first visit and in the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor we found "black mold" which is a health hazard this time! :-( There are also open cable ducts and there is no safety railing on the high terrace (danger to life!)! We moved out after 5 days so as not to suffer any damage to our health!!! The landlady didn't get involved and accused us of being responsible for the "black mold" etc. ourselves! How we do that Should have caused EVERYTHING is still a mystery to us today!? It's really a shame that something like this happens twice in a row on HOLIDAY! In addition, the tenant, without any real reason, simply keeps the deposit paid in cash and was also too cowardly to meet us directly in the alleged villa to discuss the problems and complaints properly, as it should be! The unreasonable landlady, Mrs. Isabel Reyero, is very unfriendly and unbelievable things happened on site that I can't even describe all of, so I also hired a local lawyer! I can only repeat that in my opinion all positive reviews are fake and I must discourage anyone from even entering this establishment!!! By the way, because of my first honest review, the landlady threatened me with legal consequences if I didn't delete it immediately. I'm already looking forward to the on-site court hearing and I have enough evidence, photos and witnesses to support my objective assessments! My repeated appeal to Booking.

The house is pure horror! Everything dirty, mold everywhere, musty, etc.!!! When we complained, we were also blamed for various shortcomings, unbelievable! And there are cameras everywhere, which made you feel like you were being watched all the time! The rude landlady Isabel Reyero should be ashamed to rent something unhealthy!!!

There are no railings on the terrace... a bit dangerous for children

The owner is unscrupulous. Air conditioning is overpaid to keep the deposit. Do not return a deposit as an excuse for material breakage. Does not conduct pre- or post-stay follow-up visits. However, keep your deposit for no good reason. Avoid.
