Cleanliness in the house

When you check in, you are given a piece of paper where it is written how to leave the house: clean, remove the sheets, leave no food, leave the furniture in place ... In other houses, I have never had to do this as you are from vacation and, more precisely , the house was uneconomical not to include these services.

Upon arrival, we were told that the cottage was not quite ready yet and we had to return in an hour. An hour later, we were told that we could only get the key after an hour of waiting. Arriving at the cottage, we immediately noticed that the outside was full of marching caterpillars. It is known that there is a plague in Europe, but it was necessary to mention when taking the key. I called Interhome about this, they said they already knew about it and that someone was there by chance that day to fight these animals. We didn't hear anything about this from Interhome until the end of the holiday, and the caterpillars were happy to go about their business. I was also disappointed with hygiene. The oven was not clean, it smelled and smoked when turned on, and there was a dirty film and a layer of dust on the top and on the refrigerator door, kitchen cabinets, kitchen cabinets and the stove. In short, beautiful surroundings, but this villa was disappointing.
