We do not recommend this location, poorly placed and very cold in winter.
The cat that slept outside in front of the owner's door. Shower water very hot.
No heating in the rental, it was very cold in January. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the smell in the shower room was unbearable as soon as we took a shower. The house is placed in a switchback from the road, so we had traffic noise in front and behind the rental.

Everything is perfect
The couple who run the accommodation are charming from day one. They made our stay very good. The house was very clean and well decorated, perfect for 5-6 people. The views and La Paz that the terrace transmits is great. I recommend it 100%. To park, there was a small area right in front.

The owner was always ready to help us. Always with a smile. She even took us to the supermarket. View from the panoramic balcony. A very calm place. Recommend

Good
Very nice view from the terrace. A warm welcome from the owner. The apartment is well equipped, very spacious.
There is no hot water in the apartment. You must go to the terrace to turn the boiler on and then off. You have to take a car to go to the shops/restaurants because the road without pavements is somewhat dangerous.
