We were 3 days from Dec 5th to 8th, 11 people and little known to see if we could come back with more time and do small trails around the area. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the fireplace, garden and barbecue. The top room with 5 beds and a sofa is perfect for all the cousins to sleep together and with a terrace overlooking the snow-covered reservoir.
We had a problem with turning off the boiler. We hope this will be resolved soon to give it 10!!.

Our experience was lousy. Dishes of poor quality, and sometimes none at all, there were no kitchen essentials such as a blender, juicer, trays, salad bowls, dishes for serving food, quality pans, a toaster, a working coffee maker, wine glasses ... Some pieces of furniture are old or not very functional ... The main sofa is broken and has exposed hardware. The tables in the terrace area are plastic camping type, dirty and old. We could not enjoy the pool due to the fact that it was not cleaned, it was not in good condition when the owner brought it in because he understood that he wanted to carry out the treatment, and this was not possible, together with the malfunction of the purifier and due to lack of knowledge of the person in charge of the service, the bathroom was not possible as on the second day it was filled with algae. The refrigerator had a very strong odor and was not cleaned, so I had to remove it and empty the rear tank full of grease and food debris. The hood did not come out as it was clogged with dirt. They had a chicken coop in the garden that they had just removed: they didn't have time to process it, and a lot of ants, which are quite annoying because they bite, they need fumigation, it's not a problem to be in the field. You can see the owners' lack of experience in renting it, it was their first time, and it was not ready, and even more so at the price they asked for, we expected a house in conditions, but we did not have them

Before leaving, the owner called us to inform us that there was a problem with the pool, stating that there were other people there before and that the seaweed had come out of them into the water, he also informed us about the problem with the Garden area, where the pool was a lot of ants What could be the product that is toxic to the dogs we are carrying, so we told him that please do not throw it so that there will be no problem. When we arrived, we found a pool of GREEN water, a completely muddy and somewhat abandoned garden. As for the home furniture, there was broken furniture, a cracked sofa, etc. There were ants in the kitchen too. Another problem arose at the pool: the owner (Mario) left the city sheriff in charge of solving the problem with the pool, to throw food (some of them toxic and therefore unusable) into the pool and control it. little, with all this, we could not do anything except to know when this person came home for two days out of 5 that we were, at the end of the day we also could not enjoy. We spoke to the owner of the house to try and explain what was written earlier, in addition to pointing out that the bathrooms were dirty upon entering the house and the cooker hood was unable to remove the grease that was in it. After long persistent calls and conversations with him, we reached an agreement on the return of a certain percentage of what was paid, which was completely unfair and ridiculous for us. In the conditions when we were faced with Covid-19, we wanted to be in a house with a pool so as not to leave it, and we faced complete fraud.
