The location of the hotel and the staff are the best. The facilities and green areas are very well maintained and clean. THIS is great, you had access to multiple drinks throughout the day. Good entertainment at night.
The pillows were uncomfortable, the hallway light was on all night (should only be turned on when available). As for the buffet, the food was limited in case of veganism. There was no information about allergens on the plate of each dish.

As an improvement, I would suggest slightly extending the opening hours of the pools.
The facilities are very good very good entertainment the staff is phenomenal and all inclusive for my taste the best I have ever seen the worst is the room no fridge it needs a facelift and beds especially Very Dangerous the room is small and easily climb onto the top bunk.
