DISAPPOINTMENT
We ate on a Saturday at noon and we loved the food, it was very special.
Very expensive price for the comfort of the hotel. The price does not include breakfast. There was no Wi-Fi. Stayed for two nights: the room was not cleaned. They said that there is a pool and it does not work. I ordered an iced coffee in the afternoon and was charged for coffee plus 50 cents for ice (for an expensive meal). There was no restaurant or dining room on Saturday night and we were not notified. They didn't accept a credit card, we had to pay everything in cash and they didn't bill us at the end of the stay, but we had to pay every time we had a drink, with the inconvenience that entailed. As soon as we arrived we had to pay in cash for both nights.

Paola and David are very nice, they made me feel at home. David is a brilliant chef. such a good dinner

They need a lot of improvement to come back
The location is good and with good access given that the city is located on a hillside and the streets are very narrow and very steep in some sections.
There is a lack of organization and cleanliness, as well as a shortage of qualified personnel. The prices in the restaurant are very high, more typical for haute cuisine than for a rustic restaurant. Any request off the menu is not taken into account if you have an intolerance...you don't eat.
