Reasonable. Do it in 1 week.
The location of the apartment is good. Beach, harbor, center, supermarket, restaurants, all within walking distance. Almost around the corner. Large balcony. Nice beds.
Busy road past the apartment. Day and night intensive transport. The decor is gloomy, very dark brown. The bathroom needs repair. This is really below par.

Terrace, location, well equipped kitchen.
I didn't like the electricity meter, the refrigerator did not cool or freeze, and WiFi did not work for a day and a half. Heavy noise from cars day and night

It was cozy
As for the apartment, I would like them to inform me that they have no toilet paper, no napkins, no fairies for washing dishes as they offer a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook, these are the minimum details that make a big difference. since I'm leaving. trip and from afar I am not going to load myself with a washcloth from toilet paper to wash dishes etc. or run and look for a supermarket
