Air conditioning is welcome. All the comforts of the company. Good communication. 10 minutes from Benidorm. Very quiet urbanization. Adequate swimming pool, safe pool area for small children (barrier). The ability to park in front of the house is a privilege. Nearby supermarkets. Very spacious rooms. Double room with two beds of 90. In the main room there is a bed of 1'80 (two of the 90 are connected). The two fully equipped bathrooms are very beautiful. The cabinets are very large. The kitchen runs on gas (5 burners). The oven is large (2 family pizzas). The barbecue area also has a refrigerator, oven, gas stove and microwave. Very steep views of the garden and Benidorm from the dining room. Well maintained garden with very beautiful details (well, barbecue area, fountain, fruit trees ...) For the first time we see that the photos are real. We would come back corrected. It is a pity that we can no longer extend our stay there.

The pool, if you do not take into account that there are broken tiles that made deep cuts on the legs several times (be very careful with children). Every morning you need to clean the pool to remove hundreds of mosquitoes and cockroaches that fall into the water during the day / night, and from 17:00 it is better to lock yourself in the house or swim in a repellent if you do not want mosquitoes to devour you.

The house is great and clean and the pool is wonderful.
