Satisfied, but Luxury can be removed in the hotel name
When I contracted to stay through Booking the 90€ for the management fee was not reflected and they didn't charge us for the electricity separately, when you arrive they write down the kWh of the meter and charge you 0.3€ for kW. This has never happened to me, which is somewhat misleading.
The apartment is very well divided, with a large terrace, 2 sun loungers, table and chairs. Nice kitchen with full appliances, comfortable beds. The garden and pool are very well maintained. Quiet place.
The TV was very large and new, but the reception was terrible. There is no description of the operation in different languages, for example, in German, and in the evening the image stopped every 5 minutes. Fortunately, we have done without television. The music video was heard and everything went well.
The location is lovely, very well maintained complex, we can swim in the heated pool.
The small sofa was larger for 2 people, while the apartment was for 4 people, everything was fine.
The accommodation was very complete. In fact, everything you have at home was there. Very quiet by the pool, we love it. The location is also good, you need a car, but you know that.
There were 4 of us. When one person took a shower, the rest had cold water. The boiler did not work properly or was too small for 4 people. Then, upon arrival, the position of the energy meter is noted. When you leave again, we will check how much you need to pay. Either the booth is not properly marked on arrival, or something is wrong. But in the end, after 13 days, we will have to pay more than 500 euros for the use of energy. Of course you can't. The contact indicated that the average usage is € 50 per week. We paid 100 euros, but it seemed to us that it was too much, because during the day we were not at home, and also there was no air conditioning. The contact person will check what was at the stand with previous visitors and inform us the same evening. I haven’t heard anything about it yet. Hint to watch when meter reading is entered.
