Great house right on a quiet lake. Only 5 minutes walk to the sea. The nearest supermarket can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes! Since it is a small cul-de-sac, there is enough parking space. The house is well equipped, nothing was missing. The landlords are easy to reach and are happy to help out immediately (one of the three toilets didn't flush at first, but the landlord fixed it immediately after a brief note). We spent a wonderful week there with two small children!! We recommend!

Was a nice house with good room layout. The garden was ideal for our almost 2 year old child.

Our stay was excellent. The house is well located, convenient access, the view of the lake is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach even in 5 minutes (you need to cross the road). Special mention to our host Tony. Very nice, friendly and responds very quickly. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, as well as the living room downstairs. Great vacation!!!

The house is in the middle of 3 terraced houses and is beautifully located between the lake and a large stretch of beach with pine trees that provide shade. This part of the beach has a recommended beach bar and many apartment buildings, but no hotels. As a result, the atmosphere is calm and familiar, which we really enjoyed. Our host Tony prepared very well for our two children (1 and 3 years old), a crib and ladder protectors were available, even toys for different age groups, and a large puzzle mat that served as a play mat. The kitchen had children's utensils and a great high chair that could also be turned into a table. Like all houses in the Mediterranean region, this house was very noisy, and depending on what you know from the house, the noise of the neighbors or the animation of the hotels on the other side of the lake may or may not be. With the windows closed and the outside shutters down (yes, they are everywhere in the house), the noise outside was normal. The neighbor plays the flute, which he also likes at noon or late at night, and not in the way you know, but rather like finger exercises…. But you can only hear it in one of the three bedrooms. Otherwise, there was a hairdryer in the bathroom and the other guests (I guess) left all kinds of beach toys, umbrellas and umbrella stands or beach accessories. The wifi was good, the mattresses on the beds were comfortable, all rooms had wardrobes so there was plenty of storage space. The host Tony was very nice, was always available via WhatsApp, and the communication with Google Translater was flawless and very funny. Thanks again for this step. By renting bicycles, Alcudia can be easily reached, it goes a little uphill, but it is also possible for not very athletic people without problems.
