The need to pick up and take the keys to another place (city) from the place where the apartment was located.

The floor is cold.
Take the keys elsewhere and then wait for them to arrive so you can leave.

Quiet, spacious and well equipped
The location is a few steps from the beach and close to a couple of supermarkets (the main ones) where you can buy the essentials. The pool is impressive and due to the orientation the water was very hot. The apartment can accommodate one more person in the likeness of a furniture bed, in a small room, but this will be acceptable. The parking place is very convenient and easily accessible. It has air conditioning, is spacious, smart TV, washing machine, large kitchen, two bathrooms, etc. Everything you need. We will repeat.
The second room is small for 2 adults, it is more individual or for children. A bit of noise due to the 24/7 convenience store just below. There was no dryer, and although the silver was made from boulders, you get used to it (almost). Keys and deposit are managed by real estate in Altea (during business hours).

Wonderful vacation.
Apartment with everything you need to spend a few days. Very comfortable, air-conditioned, clean, with a private garage and a swimming pool very nice and almost no people. It has 2 bedrooms and even has another bed in the room that can be accessed from the kitchen. It has just under 2 supermarkets to buy what you need. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The apartment faces the main street, and if you open a sale, you can hear a lot. But it has air conditioners in 3 rooms and if you close the windows you won't hear anything.
