Complete relaxation
The location close to everything and no noise. The weather was with us and we made life on the large terrace it has.

Could have been good with no hassle at the end with the deposit.
Nice location with a large terrace
Landlord did not show up to move in. Security deposit was demanded in cash without receipt from the cleaning lady. In the end, two damages were counted against us, one that already existed when we moved in and one that. caused by storm. When moving in, it is strongly recommended to document even the smallest damage with photos! Bedrooms are in the basement with windows to light shafts.

For the price there are certainly better options.
the location and the huge terrace
Worst of all the bunker with hardly any ventilation where the rooms were where it was too hot. Small kitchen for 8 people. The pool has leaks and the water ends up on the stairs of the street… Busted terrace sofas.
