Ok, but it could have been better!
The bedding was good and the room was spacious.
The constant noise from the toilets that did not stop, the single glazed windows where you could hear the noise from the street constantly, the breakfast was very basic. We were woken up at 3am by someone pounding on our door.

Central location to sights and to the city.
Very large room with fridge and Nespresso. Breakfast good, very good coffee. Very central for sightseeing, to the sights and the sightseeing bus stops.
The hotel entrance is difficult to find. We didn't go out on foot in the evenings.

cape town a pleasant surprise but not as peaceful and safe as i thought
the hotel is in a central location a few hundred meters from the Waterfront (very beautiful and scenic). It is not particularly luxurious but absolutely decent and comfortable. Great to find the nespresso coffee machine and a bottle of water in the fridge every day. Great to be able to park the car in front for a fraction of the price (like almost everything in South Africa)

Very nice people, very good meals, very good rooms.
The breakfast was the same every day. It was impossible to notice it, because the breakfasts were very rich. Excellent service at the reception and in the restaurant. Very large rooms - 36 sqm! If I'm ever in Cape Town I will stay at this hotel.
There was nothing like that. I wrote what I liked before.
