We had a beautiful, spacious room with a view of Table Mountain. There was a washing machine in the room, which was very handy. staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was very central so in all respects it was a good choice. 😎

It was just TASTY .. Maybe 1 minus: there was no DSTV .. For this type of hotel "a must" (especially in Crown times)
Internal, "administrative" service, we needed a few printouts for the trip and it really took too long and we had to ask again and again.
The location is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is very well equipped. The bar and lobby are beautiful. The apartment is large in size with wonderful views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head and a very nice bathroom.
The kitchenette could be a little cleaner and more spacious. The cleaning was a bit confusing, sometimes it was and sometimes it wasn't ... but that wasn't a real problem.
A) Convenient location, good restaurants in and around the hotel, and shopping opportunities; b) a wonderful view of the Lion's Head and Table Mountain opens from the living room; c) very good hotel service with a bus transfer to the embankment; d) very friendly and helpful staff
