I didn't like that my credit card was photographed on the tablet and the phone of the person who met me to give me the keys to the apartment. She also copied my bank details into the ticket, which was my proof of payment through the booking site. I think this is unsafe for me! Also, the microwave never worked during my stay, I asked if someone could come and help me turn it on, but nothing ... I booked 10 days, I asked for extra sheets because I sleep on one sheet more than 4 days not hygienic !! But they wanted to charge me extra for this, and this was not agreed in advance! Finally, I had some of my deposit removed, presumably for a teaspoon, when we never took an inventory to record the exact amount of dishes that were before my arrival.

The building itself is not feng shui, but we can ignore it.

Bed linen, very uncomfortable sofa, high eating chairs not comfortable at all, and overall cleanliness.

At the time of booking, all the contractual terms of the structure that I was obliged to accept in order to stay were not disclosed: deposit, surcharge for arrival time after 18:00. I had to sign up for an asset inventory at check-in and no one showed up at check-out to conduct joint checks. In addition, the delivery of the keys took 40 minutes, also due to the aforementioned contract that I had to sign!
