everything was perfect, great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, great view from the spa area, well equipped gym and very helpful staff.

Toilet lid was not clean. Breakfast room was full, we were offered a table in the room next door, which was actually a smoking part of the restaurant, and continued on to the buffet. Parking spaces were all occupied (New Year's Eve party) we parked 3 streets away.

Very good staff and restaurant.
Hygiene and cleanliness in the bathroom specifically needs improvement. Visible dust in the bathroom. Dirt streaks i.d. Shower and dirt from the previous guest on the floor of the shower. The toothbrush cup was also covered with old residues. A little gross.
