The ground-floor apartment is actually located in the basement/mezzanine, not on the ground floor. The size of the apartment is much smaller in reality than it is shown in the pictures, and the rooms are very cramped. The bedrooms have a window placed high up near the ceiling, which is also blocked by a wooden structure, so you can't get any air or natural light. The bed in the master bedroom is impossible to sleep in, it creaks with every movement and has a hole in the middle, thus ensuring a continuous and restless sleep! There was also no closet for clothes in this bedroom, so the people who stayed here had to keep their clothes on the floor! Although we mentioned the fact that there will be 6 people in this apartment, we were not offered bed linen for the sofa bed. We tried to contact the host in advance to make sure we would have towels and a hair dryer, but he did not respond to the messages left in the application or to the phone. Wifi didn't work for 2 days which is downright disappointing in 2022 when everyone depends on this service for everyday life. Finally, I should also mention the finishes of the apartment, starting from the walls that are full of marks and stains, continuing to the furniture items that are of the worst quality and ending with the bathroom where the hot water comes from the boiler, and if you don't know that it has to be turned on from the switch, you might run out of hot water very quickly!

Bad soundproofing. Very noisy neighbors settled down one floor and we heard everything. They constantly sang, drank a lot and it was annoying. At night, no one calmed them down. In the morning we received a written apology from the owners, but it was still difficult to fall asleep.
