Pleasant staff who always go out of their way to meet you, warm and comfortable room, large parking lot. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Recommended to everyone looking for comfortable and clean accommodation on Kopaonik.

Courteous staff, as well as the modern rooms. The restaurant in the hotel is a feast for the palate. Super kitchen as well as the waiters. Always my pleasure. We celebrated New Year's at Retourant, the organization and quality of the food and music was excellent. Also here for a compliment to the staff.
Chic, welcoming, modern hotel, with wonderful employees, a restaurant with delicious food and top 10 waiters.
The noisy children at the spa (maybe there should be announcements about keeping the peace at the spa, no jumping in the pool and screaming), maybe the floor cleaned more often (I think the shoes should be left in the locker room even if they are flip flops or hotel slippers), the site from the area (the lack of snow accentuated the mess on the street made by the workers)
