The hotel is good, the furniture is new, the carpet is good, the bathroom is excellent. Bathroom amenities available. There were tea/coffee bags.
1-Very hot in the room and throughout the hotel. 2- it was a bit noisy from the street
Everything was at a decent level. The staff was friendly and always responsive to our requests. The hotel itself is new, stylish and clean. There was no noise. The temperature in our room could be adjusted to our liking. The floor in our bathroom was heated, which is very nice. The design of the room is also stylish. Spacious bathroom.

Reception staff. Catastrophically inexperienced, out of shape and can't communicate. Apart from the head of reception, everyone is very incompetent for the position they are working on.
Definitely one of the best places to stay in Belgrade. Very nice big rooms, quiet, warm, well furnished and very helpful staff. Not right in the center, but everything is within walking distance and the city center can be reached in 10 minutes by train or taxi. It's worth it!
