Good afternoon! We love the region in Kaliningrad, we rush there as soon as possible. For the New Year, we were almost traditionally in Zelenogradsk, come, I advise everyone! Excellent location near the apartment, 10 minutes walk to the center, close to chain stores (as many as 2), cozy cafes with delicious coffee. We were met by the owners of the apartment and taken to the house for a nominal fee. Friends, we arrived on December 31, the flight was delayed, they waited for us with pleasure, no problems. The apartments are clean, excellent, all photos correspond. Cool touch mirror in the bathroom, comfortable bed, tasteful interior, quiet, calm. The hostess was in touch, but she didn’t bother us and we didn’t bother her (I think this is an important point 🙂). Had a great 3 days in my favorite city! Thank you, Olesya!❤️

Comfortable apartments stuffed to the limit! You quickly get used to the location of everything, clean, neat. Floors with heating, in the bathroom there is a comfortable mirror with lighting. Nice buns in the form of a small breakfast, the presence of tea, coffee, sugar and cereals) A loggia with a crumb is a separate love! Owners - respect) Nice people who will tell and suggest EVERYTHING! Plus, they organize transfers and provide information about local attractions and just cool places. P.S. It is interesting to watch the neighbors, as the windows are directed into the courtyard;) You can always cover yourself with curtains and rolls

Excellent apartment in a new modern microdistrict, I really liked the quarter, well-groomed green area, all kinds of children's and sports grounds, flowers and even fountains. On the ground floors there are shops, coffee shops, bars, rental. Near a beautiful park! Literally 5 minutes walk to the sea - this is the beginning of the spit, but we went further, where there are practically no people, beauty! The apartment has a stylish and comfortable kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a large room. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, and even ice in the freezer))) and we dreamed that it would be cool to have a coffee machine in such a kitchen))))) The apartment has a fan, which in such a heat was very useful and an umbrella in case of rain) There is excellent pressure in the shower (we filmed in a neighboring house, it was not very good (((There is a large bed in the bedroom, the only moment was with a friend and I would like a second duvet cover or sheet, but I'm sure this issue could be easily resolved with the hostess, if it were important. The hostess is wonderful, positive and friendly, she met us, showed us everything, told us, answered all the questions, was in touch. We would definitely return, but the apartment was booked ... It takes five minutes by taxi to the station, walk slowly to the center - about ten minutes.Very satisfied)
